1. Placing an order
To place your order, we offer you two ways:
- Internet on our website: 24/24h and 7/7d

2. Product Information
It-cyberstore takes great care in the posting of information on essential characteristics of products, notably the technical descriptions emanating from its partners and suppliers and photographs illustrating the products and that, within the limits of technology and the compliance with best market standards.

3. Price
The sale price indicated on the Site are in Euros and inclusive of all taxes but exclude delivery charges. Any delivery costs are indicated to the user as and its range of products and are billed at the end of the command in addition to the price of the selected products.

4. Availability

It-cyberstore will not accept a return to "Money Back" for the following products:

12. Extended warranties
The products for which warranty service extension is proposed on the site are identified It-cyberstore
It-cyberstore offers two separate extended warranty:
- The warranty extension to 3 years will extend the commercial guarantee of one or two years or a total of 3 years warranty depending on whether the warranty is by 2 or 1 year (s).
